Legal information

Liability for content

We have taken extreme care in compiling our website’s content. We cannot, however, warrant its correctness, completeness and currency. As a service provider, in accordance with § 7 (1) TMG we are responsible for our own content on this site under ordinary laws. According to §§ 8-10 TMG we are not, however, obliged as service providers to monitor third-party information that is transmitted or stored, or to investigate circumstances that could indicate illegal activity. This does not affect our obligation to remove or block the use of information under ordinary laws. Liability in this regard is only possible from the juncture at which a specific violation of the law becomes known. When corresponding violations of the law become known we will immediately remove this content.

Liability for links

Our website contains links to third-party websites, over whose content we have no control. This is why we cannot accept any liability for this third-party content. The provider or operator of the site in question is invariably responsible for the linked sites’ content. At the time the link was established the linked sites and/or pages were checked for potential legal violations. No illegal content was apparent at the time of linking. Without specific indications of a violation of the law, it is unreasonable to expect constant monitoring of the linked sites’ content. When violations of the law become known we will immediately remove such links.

Copyright

The content created by the site operator and works on these pages are subject to German copyright law. The written consent of the respective author or creator is required for reproduction, editing, dissemination and any kind of utilization which exceeds the limits of copyright law. Downloads from and copies of these pages are permitted only for personal, non-commercial use. Third-party copyright will be observed for content on this site not created by the operator. In particular third-party content will be identified as such. Please inform us should a violation of copyright come to your attention. When violations of the law become known we will immediately remove such content.

Data protection

In general it is possible to use our website without giving personal details.
We use what are known as “cookies” to collect and store data. There are two types of cookies: on the one hand there are temporary cookies, which are automatically deleted when you close your browser (session cookies). On the other there are permanent cookies which have a maximum lifespan. This type of cookie means that having left a website, when you revisit it you are recognized again.
Cookies are small packages of data that we cause your browser to store on your computer. They do not cause any harm. They do not contain viruses and do not let us spy on you. These are small text files that are stored on your computer to store statistical information such as operating system, your browser, your IP address, the website you visited previously (referrer URL) and the time.

With the help of cookies it is possible for us to track your usage behavior for the above purposes and to a corresponding extent. They should also optimize your visit to our website and make browsing it easier.

This data is also collected in an anonymized and pseudonymized form. You can set your web browser so our cookies cannot be stored on your computer or cookies that have already been stored are deleted.

We collect this data solely for statistical purposes to further optimize our website and to make our Internet offerings even more attractive. The data is only collected in anonymized and pseudonymized form and does not allow any inference about you as a natural person.

If personal details (such as name, address or e-mail addresses) are collected on our website, insofar as possible this is done on a voluntary basis. This data will not be passed to third parties without your express consent. Of course if you wish we will provide you with information about the recipients of the data, as well as the nature and scope of the data transmitted.

We would like to point out that there there may be loopholes in the security of transmission of data over the Internet (e.g. e-mail communication). It is not possibly to completely protect data from third-party access.
